Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, this may vary during peak sales periods, (so best to allow some extra time during the busy seasons as we’ve got lots of parcels to pack!). We’ll send you tracking info so you can check up on your order’s progress once it’s been dispatched.

Your delivery will follow standard Australia Post and StarTrack delivery timelines. You’ll be sent tracking info as soon as your parcel has been picked up by one of our couriers so you can keep an eye on your order.
We ship through Australia Post (for standard items) and StarTrack Express (for bulky items). Our shipping rates are worked out based on the size and weight of the items in your cart.
Our system provides live shipping rates from Australia Post and Star Track Express, to make sure it’s fair for everyone. To get a quote, add your items to your cart, visit the checkout, and pop in your delivery address.
For Australia Post, you can choose from the below options:
- Australia Post eParcel – Parcel Post with Signature.
- Australia Post eParcel – Express Post with Signature.
Bulky items such as our canvases and easels are shipped through StarTrack Express.
Australia Post –If no one’s home for delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or notify you over email with the info you need to pick up your parcel at a nearby Australia Post outlet. Australia Post will hold it at the outlet for 10 business days before it's returned to us! You can then reach out to us to organise re-delivery at your cost.
StarTrack –If no one’s home to accept the parcel, the delivery driver will drop a card at your front door or letterbox or send a notification email with all the details needed to collect your items. You can also organise
parcel pick-up via their Missed Delivery portal online.
We ship all orders from Mont Marte HQ in Murarrie, Brisbane QLD.
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
