How to: use a waterbrush

How to Use:
To begin, detach the brush's nib and fill the centre barrel with water. Screw the water brush's cap back on. Squeeze down on the barrel a little, this will wet the tip of the brush. Simply dip the tip of your water brush into your watercolour and watch your paper transform!

Squeeze the barrel strongly for more water and lightly if you’re wanting to use less water.

Water brushes can be used alongside watercolour tubes and pans, but they work best when combined with a watercolour pan set. To reactivate the paint in your pan, simply add a few droplets of water, then your paint will be ready to use again. You can also use your brush to blend, mix, and lift colour from watercolour pencils, too!
