1. Painted Trinket Dish

This handmade trinket dish is great for holding your rings while doing the dishes or keeping fruit on for a cute display. Try shaping your own with Air Hardening Modelling Clay, then paint with soft sunset shades and a leafy design using Acrylic Colour Paints. We’ve got the full project tutorial here so check it out!

Want to redo your dining table aesthetic? These wooden placemats are painted with bright, bold strokes of colour for a simple abstract design. Just pick out the colour scheme you’re going for and start layering up strokes and swipes of paint on one edge of the placemat. Each design is unique – tres chic!

3. DIY fruit coasters

These colourful coasters are easy to make and bring a fresh twist to your kitchen table or island. Use air dry clay to shape your slices, then paint them to look like different fruits – we went with citrus, kiwi, and dragon fruit designs. The trick is to keep it simple and paint the basics (no little details needed). So, grab some Acrylic Colour and follow along with our how-to video.
4. DIY air dry clay magnets

These tiny creations make the cutest magnets! Add a personal touch to the fridge by sculpting some food, icons, and little characters from clay, before painting and doodling some faces when dry. Finish them off with a sealer to help protect them from fingerprints and splashes, stick a magnet to the back, then pop up some photos, achievements, letters, and more on your fridge.
5. Braided clay pot

Okay, this one might be more décor than kitchen-specific, but who doesn’t love a plant above the sink or on the bench? This braided pot plant holder adds some texture and life to your space and is super simple to make. Just grab some Air Hardening Modelling Clay and braid it before wrapping it around a potted plant. We’ll show you how in our tutorial!
6. Foam clay magnets

These foam clay fruits are squishy, adorable, and add a lil’ personality to your fridge. Plus, they’re easy and mess-free to make with a little helper at home. Creative Clay has the feel of foam, is easy to mould, doesn’t leave a residue, and doesn’t need baking – just let it air dry! When your creations are dry, just stick a magnet to the back and whack it on the fridge.
