Brighten up your desk, organise your art supplies, or personalise your space with a crafty sesh this weekend. It’s a great excuse to make time for yourself and create something you'll actually use ⭐

From earrings to keys, we all need a place to pop little treasures. Air-dry clay trinket dishes are super simple to make and can be shaped into anything you like – think avocado halves, shell shapes, or even a moon. Once dry, paint them with acrylics and maybe add a top coat of clay varnish for extra shine!

Add a tropical touch to your table by making clay coasters covered in mini monstera leaves. These coasters are relaxing to sculpt, plus they’re actually handy for protecting your table! You can even make a full set in different colours for your next tea break or dinner party.

Take inspo from nature and make yourself a monstera-themed bowl (can you tell we like plants 🌿?). Follow our tutorial video and when you’re all done, pop some fruit, decorations, or trinkets in it for earthy home décor.

DIY clay palette

Need somewhere to mix your colours? Mould a shallow dish out of air dry clay in the shape of a seashell for a cute, reusable paint palette. Make sure to let it dry before varnishing so it’s waterproof. Check out our step-by-step instructions in our quick project video!

Easy bookmark painting

Love a bit of reading or journalling? Try making your own bookmarks with paper or card, paint pens, and a bit of creative thinking. You can paint florals, quotes, or colourful patterns – these make great gifts too. Plus, you can make them with friends, family, or whoever you want to have a craft sesh with!

DIY sketchbook

Hand bound custom sketch book with canvas panel covers

Level up your journalling game with a custom hand-bound sketchbook. Use canvas panels for the covers so you can paint a simple design on the front. Then fill it with paper that suits your favourite kind of creating – watercolour paper, mixed media paper, black paper, you name it! It's great for being creative on the go, and makes your art feel even more personal. Check out how we did it by watching out how-to video.

DIY sketchbook cover

Personalised sketchbook cover with ladybugs and florals

If you’ve already got a hardcover sketchbook but want to make it your own, try decorating the cover with paint pens or markers. Add your name, some florals, or a bit of pattern to give it a personal touch that makes it even more inviting to use. You might even find yourself reaching for it more often!

Bring some earthy charm into your home with a sculpted clay vase. Create one using air dry clay and style it with dried blooms, faux flowers, kitchen utensils, paint brushes – anything you like! Try rolling in some terrazzo-style chips while your clay is wet or keep it simple with a terracotta colour for that trendy handmade feel. Once you sculpt the shape you like, let it dry and away you go.
